General Terms

• "Quest" is ideally suited for a couple sharing, or a single adult. It may be possible to accommodate one child on a sleeper, by arrangement.
• Minimum Stay 2 nights.
• Estate Rules: "Quest" is situated in a pristine, secure eco-estate. All residents and tenants are required to abide by the rules of the estate. These are common-sense rules intended to keep the environment safe and civilised for all, and to protect the environment.
• Pets: unfortunately the property does not have an enclosed boundary fence and therefore not suitable for pets. If you have a small well behaved doggy feel free to ask!
• Smoking: Quest is definitely a non-smoking apartment.
• Quest is a fully furnished apartment and is offered for medium term lets only. Services and catering are not offered, however we will be glad to advise on options.
• Check-out by 11 a.m. Check-in not before 2 p.m. unless by arrangement.
• Deposit of 50% required to confirm booking. Balance payable on arrival.
